#45 Trent Williams: Sharks Basketball 16u- Shooting Guard

Trent was unstoppable in the first game of the day. This young man did everything on the basketball court. He was great at breaking down defenders off the dribble. Whenever he had opponents isolated on the wing. Trent quickly beat them to the basket or pulled up for the mid-range jumper. He plays with great energy. Every time he scored Trent showed some type of emotion. His presence gave teammates the boost of confidence they needed to get a convincing win over United Hoops 16u. As I said, he showed the ability to knock down mid-range shots. Trent can also extend his range beyond the three-point line. He did this on numerous occasions. Ultimately finishing the game with four conversions
. Trent attacked the glass with the same ferocity as he did when he scored. He didn't mind battling in the paint with opposing players. Some of his offensive boards led to put-backs around the basket. Defensively, he showed a knack for jumping pass lanes and forcing turnovers with his quick hands. Most of the plays he made led to positive outcomes for Sharks Basketball 16u. Trent is a great player who shows promise of doing big things in the near future.
